Regarding [http://bulbanews.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=User_talk:JorjaSalier&curid=10979&action=history your] edit [http://bulbanews.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=User_talk:YoshisWorld&action=history summaries], the reason is that we don't welcome the users and by that I mean we don't put the welcome templates on users' talkpages unless they actually contribute to Bulbanews. That's why some of the users were not welcomed as you noticed in the rc. Regarding your edit summaries, the reason is that we don't welcome the users and by that I mean we don't put the welcome templates on users' talkpages unless they actually contribute to Bulbanews.
