Bulbagarden was rocked this week by a massive Distributed Denial of Service attack, resulting in site-wide downtime for several days. The person responsible for this unprovoked attack is still unknown, however fingers are already pointing towards the Bulbapedia vandal known as "Ph34r," who had conducted his most audacious attack ever on the day prior to the first DDoS attack.
Bulbagarden was rocked earlier this week by a massive Distributed Denial of Service attack, resulting in site wide downtime for the better part of 3 days. The person responsible for this unprovoked attack is still unknown, however fingers are already pointing towards the Bulbapedia vandal known as "Ph34r", who had conducted his largest scale attack ever in the day prior to the DDoS attack.

By Friday, the site was restored, but received another DDoS by Saturday morning and was down for a good part of the day.

By Friday, the site was restored, but received another DDoS by Saturday morning and was down for a good part of the day.

Thanks to Bulbagarden users, the databases of the Bulbagarden forums, Bulbapedia, Bulbanews, the Archives, and the Oekaki all seem to have come through fully intact.

More news on this turn of events will be posted as it becomes available.
