CoroCoro reveals more information on HeartGold and SoulSilver

Another set of images from CoroCoro were recently released, revealing more information on Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. The things shown here include new artwork for Dr. Utsugi, Silver and the female Rocket Gang Underling Member, appearing more like they did in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen. Sprites for both the characters Gold and Silver can also be seen.
The scan also reveals that the legendary Pokémon of Hōen, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, will also be available in the games. Upon beating the Four Heavenly Kings of Jōto, Kyogre and Groudon can be caught HeartGold and SoulSilver, respectively. It is unknown where would be their location. Once both Pokémon are brought together in either HeartGold or SoulSilver, Rayquaza can be encountered.
A third image shows an image of Shirona and, apparently, more on the legend of Arceus.
The fourth scan shows Arceus and Shirona together on an unknown place where three symbols on the floor can be seen in HeartGold and SoulSilver. It is unknown if who among them has spoken "they were given the right to choose one life out of three" or whom the line is referring to.
