This month's CoroCoro Comic has revealed a number of new Pokémon and new Alola Forms for Kanto Pokémon. Note that this page uses translations and transliterations from Japanese, and that names will likely differ in English.

The new Pokémon Yowashi is a Water-type Pokémon. It has two forms, Solo Form and School Form. In its Solo Form it resembles a small blue and white fish, while in its School Form it resembles a large fish composed of small black and blue fish.

The new Pokémon Sunabā is a Ghost/Ground-type Pokémon. It resembles a mound of sand with a toy shovel.

The new Pokémon Shirodesuna is a Ghost/Ground-type Pokémon and the evolved form of Sunabā. It resembles a sand castle with a toy shovel on top.

The new Pokémon Nuikoguma is a Normal/Fighting-type Pokémon and evolves into Bewear. It resembles a bear cub.

The new Pokémon Namakobushi resembles a sea cucumber. It can unleash a fist-shaped organ from its mouth.

Two new Alola Forms for Kanto Pokémon were revealed.

Alolan Meowth is a Dark-type Pokémon.

Alolan Marowak is a Fire/Ghost-type Pokémon. It weighs 75.0 lbs. (34 kg), whereas normal Marowak weigh 99.2 lbs. (45.0 kg).

The new villainous team is called Team Skull. Two new characters have been revealed who are members of Team Skull, Guzuma and Purumeri. Guzuma is the team's boss.

This villainous team is completely unrelated to the exploration team named Team Skull in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky
