F-Zero Wiki, a wiki focused on the F-Zero series, joined NIWA today. F-Zero Wiki has joined to become the nineteenth wiki in the group and the first to join this year.

Founded on Wikia in November 2007 by Nsxdriven, F-Zero Wiki became independent with NIWA's help in 2011. F-Zero Wiki is quickly growing into the Internet's definitive source for the F-Zero series, and is the founding part of MuteCity.org, the web's first major F-Zero community.

NIWA, short for Nintendo Independent Wiki Alliance, is an alliance consisting of 19 wikis. The first three were Bulbapedia, ZeldaWiki, and Super Mario Wiki. The alliance soon grew to six, later to ten, and now to the current nineteen. A twentieth member is expected to join on Mar. 23, and a twenty-first on Mar. 30.
