Hidden Ability Legendary birds to be available in Europe

Update: Pokémon Millennium has confirmed that the Legendary birds will also be available through some other means at a later date.
Serial codes for the Legendary birds with their Hidden Abilities will be available in Italy, Belgium, and Spain. These serial codes can be redeemed starting March 15, 2016 in Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby, or Alpha Sapphire.
Each serial code gives one of the three Legendary birds at random.
In Italy, codes will be given away by the fansite Pokémon Millennium in the StreetPass area at VideoGameShow + Cartoomics on from March 11 to 13, 2016. Code cards will also be available through some other means at a later date.
In Spain, the next issue of the Official Nintendo Magazine will contain a serial code for the Hidden Ability Legendary birds. It has a street date of March 15, 2016.
In Belgium, codes will be given away at FACTS, a convention held from April 2 to 3, 2016 at Flanders Expo.
