Update 2:  A promotional video has been released for the US distribution, and the information about the US distribution has been added back to the official site. It has been confirmed that Hoopa will be distributed via Nintendo Zone.

Hoopa Confined

Hoopa Unbound

A Hoopa distribution will take place in the United States and France starting in November. This is the first time this Mythical Pokémon can be obtained in these countries.

In France, Hoopa will be available in participating Micromania stores in France from November 2 to November 22, 2015. In the US, Hoopa will be available at participating McDonald's restaurants via Nintendo Zone from November 27 to December 23, 2015.

Hoopa can be obtained in both Pokémon X and Y and Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

Hoopa will be Level 50, hold a Focus Sash, and know the moves Psychic, Astonish, Nasty Plot and Hyperspace Hole. It will be contained in a Cherish Ball.

In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, when entering a Poké Mart with Hoopa in their party, players will be able to receive a Prison Bottle, allowing them to transform Hoopa Confined into Hoopa Unbound, as which it can use the move Hyperspace Fury.
