A new Pokémon Center store will open in Hiroshima in summer this year. The store will be located on the 6th floor of the main building of the Sogo Hiroshima store, Sogo being a Japanese shopping center chain.

The store's logo features Pikachu riding a Red Gyarados (a Shiny Gyarados).

This will be the first store in the Chūgoku-Shikoku region (a region composed of the Chūgoku and Shikoku regions).
