According to the official Nintendo Wii website, the next-generation console will go on sale on Saturday, December 2, 2006, in Japan, and in North and South America, Sunday, November 19, 2006. The same site also states that Pokémon Battle Revolution (ポケモン バトルレボリューション) will go on sale December 2006. The Wii lineup indicates that it will not be a launch title.
