DP113 will feature Phione, according to a new title posted by Pokeani. The Mischievous Phione! 「いたずらフィオネ！」 will air Feb. 5 on TV Tokyo.
Phione is obtained in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum by breeding a Manaphy (or another Phione) with a Ditto.
