A new update for Pokémon GO that brings the game to version 0.83.1 (labelled 1.53.2 on the iOS App Store) is currently being rolled out for iOS and Android.

Most notably, this update resolves a bug that caused the Pokémon collection screen to scroll to the top after evolving, transferring, or renaming a Pokémon. It also has other unspecified bug fixes and performance updates.

The update also adds the ability to sort the Pokédex by region. Additionally, it improved incubator sorting order when selecting an incubator and the way Pokémon scale throughout the app.
