United States Clarification
The table says that distribution in the US started on Feb. 5th and ends in March. However, Celebi has been distributed during events in the US. The website for HeartGold and SoulSilver says Gamestop distribution starts on Feb. 27th, I think.

Can this Celebi be used to battle Giovanni in HG/SS?

This is not true. There have been several Wi-Fi events exclusive to game versions. This includes the Secret Key, Member's Pass and Oak's Letter, whose Wi-Fi events were exclusive to Platinum, despite the latter two being availble in DP as well. The Enigma Stone and a Mew were also Wi-Fi events exclusive to HGSS. --SnorlaxMonster 01:34, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
Also, this is NOT a Wi-Fi event, but a local wireless event. Otherwise people in Asia (like me) could download it and there would be no reason to held the event in separate stores.Magnezone 01:47, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
UK Celebi?
My friend was given this two-sided leaflet with a purchase at GAME at Meadowhall Shopping Centre, Sheffield, England. It specifically states a Celebi distribution will be available at GAME this weekend, as part of a nationwide Black and White tour (although the leaflet does not cite any exact stores at all). Amazingly, We cannot find any online corroboration. We are very puzzled. Let me know if you would like higher resolution scans. I live in Edinburgh, Scotland and intend to ask about this at a local GAME today. I just wanted to get this leaflet seen by the UK fandom - can anyone make sense of this in time? - Just putting a story up about this now. Sadly, Edinburgh doesn't seem to be on the list of locations. For what it's worth, Liverpool are holding this event in just a few days, and the staff there apparently have only just found out about it. George Hutcheon 14:24, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

Celebi in Chile and Colombia
Here's the information. It says that the events will take place in Santiago de Chile in MicroPlay stores in the five malls mentioned in the page, and it also says that Celebi will be available in Atlantis shops in Colombia. I can't find a official source save for this one that says that is available in Blockbuster Mall Plaza Vespucio, too. --Gabo 2oo 02:57, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
