Arceus

Pokemon.com today officially revealed Arceus, the 493rd Pokémon in the National Pokédex. Although English-speaking fans have known about Arceus since the release of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, it had not been officially announced. Arceus was revealed to the Japanese public on Feb. 14 but not to English-speaking players until today.

Pokémon.com also briefly mentions Arceus' role in M12 and the TCG. Event and release dates are not yet known.
