Sherwood Brands is voluntarily recalling its Pokémon Valentine Cards and Pops because X-rays found a metal staple in a lollipop two days after another piece of candy was found with a blade sealed inside. The Valentines, imported from China, were purchased at two different Dollar General stores in central Florida. The candy has been removed from more than 8,000 stores across the United States.

No injuries have been reported. Sherwood Brands, based in Maryland, is cooperating with authorities, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The Food and Drug Administration is conducting an investigation.
