Though many speculated that the use of an "e" on the end of Giratina's Origin Forme and Another Forme was initially in error, it seems that the changes will be kept in the English translation.

Pokémon.com's Pokédex features basic entries for all 491 currently-revealed Pokémon in English. Deoxys's entry cycles between pictures of its four forms, Attack, Defense, Speed, and Normal. An oddity, however, is that each form is labeled as "Attack Forme", "Defense Forme" and so on, indicating what will likely become of the Origin Forme and Another Forme when Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin and Pokémon Platinum are translated into English for their suspected 2009 release.

What the use of the additional "e" on Form means for other multiform Pokémon such as Burmy and Wormadam (found in Plant, Sandy, and Trash Coat forms), Shellos and Gastrodon (found in East and West Sea forms), and most importantly the as-yet unrevealed Arceus (which is found in a form for each type) could mean is unknown at the present. It can be assumed, however, that the two mentioned besides Arceus will keep the names used in the TCG, as they are affected in evolution by them, but as Arceus has not yet had a TCG card dedicated to it, its forms are currently nameless.
