Previously unreleased movie to get a release?

Numerous British online retailers have begun listing Destiny Deoxys, the second of the Advanced Generation era movies, for release on May 9, 2011. Although Jirachi Wish Maker received a DVD release a few years ago and Lucario and the Mystery of Mew onwards received TV airings, this movie had seemingly fallen under the radar.

Amazon UK lists the distributor as Optimum Home Entertainment, who will be known amongst anime fans for distributing Studio Ghibli's catalogue. Although Amazon and HMV list the film with a "U" classification, there is no mention of this movie on the BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) website.
