The twenty-eighth episode of Pocket Monsters Best Wishes! has been revealed by TV Tokyo. The episode, entitled as「エモンガＶＳツタージャ！ボルトチェンジで大混乱！！」 Emonga VS Tsutarja! The Volt Change Chaos!! is set to air on March 31, 2011.
The episode will mainly feature a battle against Satoshi's Tsutarja and Iris's newly caught Emonga, who is having trouble using Volt Change, an Electric type move. However, along with Iris's party, it is also causinng to switch Satoshi's and Dent's Pokémon as well. Along with her Chillarmy, Bel will also appear in this episode, who has been traveling with the gang since the Fishing Conference of Hiun City.
