The twenty-eighth episode of Pocket Monsters Best Wishes! has been revealed by TV Tokyo. The episode, entitled as「エモンガＶＳツタージャ！ボルトチェンジで大混乱！！」 Emonga VS Tsutarja! The Volt Change Chaos!! is set to air on March 31, 2011.
The episode will mainly feature a battle against Satoshi's Tsutarja and Iris's newly caught Emonga, who is having trouble using Volt Change, an Electric type move which switches out the user. However, along with Iris's party, it is also causing Satoshi and Dent's Pokémon to switch as well. Bel and her Chillarmy will also appear in this episode; Bel has been traveling with the gang since the Fishing Conference of Hiun City.
