Tsunekazu Ishihara mentions date for Diamond, Pearl in Europe at Japanese press event

According to reports by Famitsu.com and ITmedia +D Games, the president of The Pokémon Company, Tsunekazu Ishihara, today made the first official statement on a European release date for Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. After mentioning the strong sales of Diamond and Pearl in Japan and that they were released in North America in April, he said the games will be released in Europe in July.
The speech was at a press event for the 10th Pokémon movie, Dialga vs. Palkia vs. Darkrai, and the distribution of Darkrai at Japanese theaters. Shōko Nakagawa of Pokémon Sunday was at the event showcasing the download procedure of Darkrai.
