Pikachu with a festive hat

Generation II baby Pokémon and Pikachu with a festive hat have been added to Pokémon GO.

Players can now hatch Cleffa, Igglybuff, Pichu, Togepi, Smoochum, Elekid and Magby from Eggs. Togetic can also be obtained by evolving Togepi. These Pokémon cannot be found in the wild. Tyrogue is not currently available.

Additionally, from now until December 29, 2016, players can find Pikachu with a festive hat in the wild. Other than the hat, it is treated just like a regular Pikachu, using Pikachu Candy. If evolved into Raichu, it retains its hat.
