Gengar and Scizor will be distributed to Pokémon Centers in Japan for the entire month of February. They will be available via Mystery Gift for the Pokémon X and Y games.

Gengar will be available during the even numbered hours between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. Gengar will be level 25, will come in a Cherish Ball, and will have a Classic Ribbon. It will not be holding an item. It will have the moves Confuse Ray, Psychic, Sucker Punch and Shadow Punch.

Scizor will be available during the odd numbered hours between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. Scizor will be level 25, will come in a Cherish Ball, and will have a Classic Ribbon. It will not be holding an item. It will have the moves Aerial Ace, False Swipe, Agility and Fury Cutter.
