As was announced on September 7th on the Pokémon Global Link website, the Global Link is going under extended maintinence from September 25th until October 3rd. This maintinence period is to prepare for the international release of Pokémon Black and White 2, which will be on October 7th in North America. A similar but longer period of maintinence occurred prior to the Japanese release as well.
