The recently released games, Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, have sold 1.5 million copies over the weekend. This surpasses Pokémon Platinum's 1 million in three days, even surpassing Platinum's 1.47 million in three days, definitely setting yet another record.
The Japanese version of the games were officially released last Sept. 12. The North American and European versions are set to be released next year.
