The Dutch toy store chain Bart Smit has announced that it will be distributing Hoopa.
Upon purchase of a copy of Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire at a Bart Smit store or on the Bart Smit online webstore, the customer will be given a serial code for Hoopa.
The time at which this promotion and distribution will run have not yet been announced.
