English voice actor Jamie McGonnigal recently reached out to fans to share a new project called I Talk Because to commemorate World AIDS Day.

I Talk Because is a YouTube-based HIV/AIDS awareness campaign featuring 60-second video clips of people talking about the importance of discussing HIV/AIDS. It was initiated by the HIV/AIDS organizations in cooperation with the New York City Council.

Jamie McGonnigal is known throughout the Pokémon community as the actor that provides the English voice of Barry. In addition to being a voice actor, McGonnigal is also a producer, director and activist. He is the Founding Artistic Producer of the World AIDS Day Concerts. He has done much work for AIDS charities and foundations.
