The January 2014 issue of CoroCoro Comics has unveiled that the title of the 17th movie will be The Cocoon of Destruction. Mega Evolutions, Yveltal, and Xerneas will be featured in this movie. The Cocoon of Destruction will be released in theaters on July 19, 2014.
New information about the Pokémon Bank has also been revealed. When Pokémon are placed in the Pokémon Bank, Brigette will give the player 100 Poké Miles points. When Kyurem and Genesect are sent through, the Drives and DNA Splicers will be available in the game. The Drives are obtained from the Hiker in the Fossil Lab when he is shown a Genesect. The DNA Splicers are obtained from the Punk Girl from the second north easternmost house in Kiloude City when she is shown Kyurem.
