Palace Belt

At the Spring Battle Carnival 2012, a TCG tournament currently going on in Japan, a new promotional card will be handed out to the winners of the Open Battle League Tournament side event. This BW-P Promotional card, Palace Belt, numbered 153/BW-P, is a Pokémon Tool card. A translation of the card can be seen below.

Palace Belt

AceSpec.png You can only have 1 Ace Spec Trainer card in your deck.
Attach a Pokémon Tool to 1 of your Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it.
If the Pokémon this card is attached to is your Active Pokémon, you draw 2 cards at the beginning of your turn instead of 1.
You may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn (before your attack).
