The {{bp|Kanto}} starters will be available as Eggs via {{bp|Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection|Wi-Fi}} from Feb. 14 until March 31, 2013 for the {{bp|Pokémon and White Versions 2|Pokémon Black 2 and White 2}} games. The Eggs will be distributed at random during three different time periods. The first time period is from Feb. 14 until Feb. 27. The second time period is from Feb. 28 until March 13. The final time period is from March 14 until March 31.

Eggs containing the Kanto starters will be distributed via Wi-Fi from Feb. 14 until March 31, 2013 for the Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 games. The player will receive one of the starters at random during three different distribution periods.
