Pikachu

A special Pikachu is being distributes in Fukushima, Japan on December 20th as a part of the Pokémon With You campaign. The Pikachu can be obtained in Pokémon X and Y and Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The Pikachu is level 99, and knows the moves Happy Hour, Play Nice, Hold Hands and Flash. It comes holding a Rare Candy and has the Souvenir Ribbon.
