MVC Magazine has announced that to celebrate the launch of Pokémon Black and White Versions in the United Kingdom, the Victory Pokémon Victini will be available through the Liberty Pass (Previously known as the Libery Ticket) which will be available over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection and available in retail outlets from 4th March 2011 until 22nd April 2011.
