Nintendo of Europe's official site has announced that the Mii characters of Pokémon game developers Junichi Masuda and Shigeru Ohmori will be available to download on Nintendo 3DS systems via Nintendo Zones at participating McDonald's restaurants in Germany between Nov. 21, 2014 and Jan. 6, 2015.
These Mii characters will not be able to be traded from one 3DS system to another, so currently the only known way to obtain these Mii characters is through these specific Nintendo Zone locations.
