Mimikyu's exclusive Z-Move, known as Bip-Bop Friend Time in Japanese, has been officially revealed. The move's English name has not been officially revealed.

Bip-Bop Friend Time is a new Fairy-type Z-Move in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Mimikyu can only use it if it knows Play Rough and holds a Mimikium Z. While Play Rough can also be upgraded into Twinkle Tackle with a Fairium Z, Bip-Bop Friend Time is more powerful than Twinkle Tackle.

Part of the animation of Mimikyu's Z-Move had been seen in previous trailers, and the Mimikium Z had been revealed earlier by merchandise.
