US Pokémon fans need wait no longer for DVD versions of the most recent Pokémon movie. Arceus and the Jewel of Life is set for release on Feb. 1, 2011. Copies retail from US$18.95; pre-orders can be made from the Warner Bros. Studios' online store.

The 94-minute movie is the twelfth in the franchise. It originally released in Japanese theaters on July 18, 2009, and in the United States on Cartoon Network on Nov. 20, 2009. The movie originally screened in Australia two weeks before it did in America; similarly, the DVD has been available in Australia since June.

The third of four Diamond & Pearl series movies, Arceus and the Jewel of Life features Ash and his friends traveling back through time in order to correct Michina Town resident Damos's betrayal of Arceus.

Since this movie's original releases, the final movie in the Diamond & Pearl series has aired in Japan. Zoroark: Master of Illusions will be released on home video in Japan next month, and is expected to screen in the US sometime next year.
