According to the Pokémon Global Link website, a C-Gear skin featuring Munna will be available shortly for Pokémon Black and White as a promotion. Players with Global Link accounts can select this skin and use Game Sync to use it to their Black or White cartridge.
In order to receive this skin, players will have to purchase the Pokémon Black & Pokémon White Versions Volume 2: The Official Unova Pokédex & Guide, where it contains a password that is needed to unlock the skin. This password can then be entered on the promotions portion of the site to unlock the skin. At this point, the skin can be selected anytime on the website.
No information for the exact date of the availability for this skin is known yet. This skin was available for free to those with access to the Japanese Global Link since the site became available.
