The version 0.43.3 update (labelled version 1.13.3 on the iOS App Store) for Pokémon GO is currently being rolled out. Note that the update is not currently widely available.
It adds different patterns for Eggs depending on their hatch distance. 2 km Eggs remain in the traditional appearance, while 5 km Eggs have orange spots and 10 km Eggs have purple spots.
Additionally, Pokémon type icons have been added to the information screen for each Pokémon, and a low battery indicator for the Pokémon GO Plus has been added.
