The next series of the Pokémon anime will be announced on September 29, 2019. This new series will simply be titled Pocket Monsters in Japanese, just like when the Pokémon anime first debuted in Japan in 1997.
The series will feature all regions that have appeared in the Pokémon games, from Kanto to Galar. Pokémon from each region will appear.
The logo has the same design as the Japanese logos for the 20th and 21st movies, Pocket Monsters the Movie: I Choose You! and Pocket Monsters the Movie: Everyone's Story.
