The Nintendo Switch will be released in South Korea and Taiwan on Dec. 1, 2017.
No Pokémon titles have been announced for release on the Nintendo Switch in South Korea or Taiwan. The only Pokémon title for Nintendo Switch, Pokkén Tournament DX, was just released in Japan, North America, Europe, Australia, and Hong Kong.
While the Wii and Nintendo 3DS were released in South Korea and Taiwan, the Wii U was not.
