Nintendo announced yesterday at its fall 2007 conference the upcoming release of the Pokémon Farm Channel (ポケモン牧場チャンネル), which will be available to download on Wiis using Wii Points. Details are unknown, but players will be able to transfer Pokémon from Diamond and Pearl to the service and raise their Pokémon on their Wiis.

A release date for the service was not announced. The game is being developed by Ambrella, which also was responsible for Hey You, Pikachu!, Pokémon Channel and Pokémon Dash.
