Karrablast can only evolve into Escavalier by trading with a Shelmet.

The UK's Official Nintendo Magazine has announced that Nintendo will be making a special appearance at Guilfest, a 3-day music festival at Guilford, Surrey between July 15th and July 17th, in the form of the "Pokémon Adventure Camp".

Nintendo have revealed that this will be the first event where Pokémon "AR Markers" (for use with Pokédex 3D) will be made officially available.

Shelmet and Karrablast will also be available to be downloaded to an attendant's Pokémon Black and White Versions, which can then be traded with other players to watch them evolve! The event Pokémon are most likely based on the recent Event in Greece, which was in turn based on the Japanese Trade for Evolution! Event. It is currently unknown if a player will be able to receive both of the Pokémon, or only one, like the Trade For Evolution events.

The thirteenth Pokémon movie Zoroark: Master of Illusions will also be screened on the Saturday and Sunday mornings at the Vintage Fayre. Face-painting and special concept artwork from the Black and White games will also be at the event. Also located on site will be a "Battle Test" where fans can compete with experts and friends for the top spot on a leader board.

Lastly, an official Adventure cap will also be available for those who pick up a training card on entry and complete their training in each area.

Unfortunately, as this event is part of a larger event (in this case, a music festival), tickets for the festival will need to be purchased for entry.
