Pokemon-games.com has become the offical Nintendo of America Web site for promoting Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. The site has four different pages.

Screenshots

Here, five screen shots from the English version of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl are displayed. The captions for the picutres are as follows:

  • Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl feature over 100 new Pokémon, including three new starter Pokémon and two new Legendary Pokémon.
  • The all-new world of Sinnoh is brought to life with incredible 3D graphics!'
  • Battle and Trade with Pokémon Trainers across the room, or across the country with Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection!
  • Use the Pokémon Watch, or Pokétch, for a variety of functions. You can upgrade your Pokétch as you play through the game.
  • You'll discover new Pokémon and challenges just about everywhere you go in Sinnoh.

Wallpapers

In this section of the site, two wallpapers are available to download. One is Pokémon Diamond based, while the other is Pokémon Pearl based. Both wallpapers come in three different sizes: 800x600, 1024x768 and 1280x1024.

Watch the Commerical

On this page, the current and only commerical advertising Diamond and Pearl can be played in one's Web browser.

Meet the New Pokémon

In this feature, 18 Poké Balls are scattered across the screen. The user must click on one every other day in order to reveal a new Pokémon. No matter what Poké Ball is picked, the Pokémon revealed appear in this order:

After "opening" all 18 Poké Balls, the user will be presented with the opportunity to download a screensaver with high quality Ken Sugimori art of these 18 Pokémon.

Presumably the site is not finished, as it says "FULL SITE COMING SOON" in the top left hand corner.
