In the last weekly update before the release of the Japanese expansion, {{TCG|Red Collection}}, the official TCG blog reveals the second of two Pokémon Tool cards: Rocky Helmet. Also featured were a few promotional cards to be released during the Summer Carnival, an event taking place in Japan from July 23 to Aug 28. These promotional cards include a Pikachu Jumbo card, an {{TCG ID|Black Collection|Emolga|21}} reprint from the {{TCG|Black Collection}}, and a set of promotional Energy cards. Red Collection will be released July 15.
