In the last weekly update before the release of the Japanese expansion, Red Collection, the official TCG blog reveals the second of two Pokémon Tool cards: Rocky Helmet. Also featured were a few promotional cards to be released during the Summer Carnival, an event taking place in Japan from July 23 to Aug 28.
