Platinum: Rising Rivals logo

Go-Pokemon.com recently announced a new Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion, Platinum: Rising Rivals. The set is to have 111 cards, plus three reprint cards, to have a total of 114 cards. The set will be released May 20 in North America.

Four booster pack styles have been announced, along with three cards: Floatzel GL (Rising Rivals 4), Steelix GL (Rising Rivals 51) and Gallade 4 LV.X (Rising Rivals 106). The two theme decks are Drill Point and Cutting Edge, featuring Rhyperior and Gallade, respectively.
