Pokémon Jukebox is a new Android app available for free download that allows users to listen to Pokémon music. The app is available internationally, being an international release of the Pokémon Music Pokédex.

While the app is free-to-download, the songs must be purchased. Each day, there are three songs users can listen to for free (called "encounters"). Otherwise, users must purchase songs from the in-app store. The songs cost US$0.99, €0.99, or £0.79 each. The user can also purchase medleys based on themes such as "Battles" or "Routes", which play several songs together in one long collection; these cost US$1.99, €1.99, or £1.49 each.

In the first month, 200 songs from Pokémon Red, Blue, FireRed, LeafGreen, HeartGold, and SoulSilver are available. Later, songs from Pokémon X and Y and Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will also be available.

There is a keyword song search feature, as well as the ability to search for songs with specific concept tags like "Battle", "Opening", and "Route". Custom tags can also be applied to songs.

There are also several preset sound effects that can be played along with the music using a built-in sound effects button. Songs can be smoothly looped indefinitely (like in-game), or looped a fixed number of times. The player can toggle whether songs fade out when they end or immediately jump to the next song without a break.

The app also allows the creation of playlists, which feature shuffle and repeat functionality.
