London-based anime distributor Manga Entertainment announced yesterday, plans to release Pokémon: Indigo League on DVD and Blu-ray formats in the United Kingdom, marking the first time the series has been available on home video in the region since Warner Bros. original VHS release.

Launching on October 30, 2017, the Season 1 Collection will include episodes 1-52 in English dubbed-only format. The DVD will contain 8 discs and have an SRP of £39.99, while the Blu-ray will have 5 discs and an SRP of £59.99.

Previously, Manga Entertainment have released a selection of the franchise's movies on DVD and Blu-ray, starting with a triple pack of The First Movie, Pokémon 2000 and Pokémon 3: The Movie (which will be released individually next month). This has since been followed by individual releases for Hoopa and the Clash of Ages and Volcanion & The Mechanical Marvel.
