Sampler cover artwork featuring characters from the X & Y chapter

A new manga sampler will be released in North America by VIZ Media on Free Comic Book Day 2015. Free Comic Book Day is held annually on the first Saturday in May, which falls on May 2, 2015 this year.

Unlike VIZ Media's 2013 sampler, which featured Pokémon alongside other unrelated licenses, this sampler features Pokémon Adventures exclusively. It samples three different story arcs — the X & Y chapter, the Emerald chapter and the Black & White chapter. The sampler will be available for free at participating North American independent comic book retailers, while supplies last.
