The official Japanese card database has revealed Raikou-EX from the upcoming Japanese expansion, Dark Rush. It is a Rare card numbered 025/069. Dark Rush, which will be released in stores Dec. 16, will also have a promotional pack campaign featuring promotional cards of Zorua, Lilligant, and Excadrill.
