During the month of April, players attending a Spring Regional Tournament will receive a commemorative Crosshatch Holofoil Salamence promotional card. The Salamence is a reprint of the Dragon Vault Salamence card. Staff of each tournament will receive a special Staff stamped promotional version of the promo.
