Sceptilite, Blazikenite, Swampertite, Cameruptite, and Banettite are now available in all regions of Pokémon Sun and Moon using the universal code MATSUBUSA.
These Mega Stones allow Sceptile, Blaziken, Swampert, Camerupt, and Banette (respectively) to Mega Evolve. While the Sceptilite, Blazikenite, and Swampertite were previously available to participants of the 2017 International Challenge - April, this is currently the only way to obtain the Cameruptite and Banettite in Pokémon Sun and Moon.
No end date for the code has been announced.
