The Nagoya Pokémon Center are releasing a level 99 Shiny Magikarp to players of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Running from Mar. 20 to May 6, this event is to celebrate the movement of the Nagoya Pokémon Center to a new building.

This exclusive Magikarp will be found inside a Cherish Ball and holding a Rare Candy. It will know the moves Flail, Splash and Bounce as well as a move exclusive to this event, Hydro Pump.
